When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed until 12:00 every day will be shipped within the same day. Orders after this time will be shipped the next business day. Your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days. Excludes business days, weekends and public holidays.

How can I track my cargo?

Once your item is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. You can track your cargo on MNG Cargo's website with this number.

What is the return period for products?

You can return your products unconditionally within 7 days from the delivery date.

The products to be returned must be unused, in their original packaging and with tags on. Additionally, the invoice of the product must be included in the return package.

Once the returned item has been inspected, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days.

What materials are used in your products?

High quality, non-toxic and hypoallergenic materials are used in our products, taking into consideration the health of you and your baby. All the fabrics we use are 100% cotton, first quality, domestically produced products.

How should the products be maintained?

Detailed information about the maintenance of our products is included on the product labels. Generally, washing at 30 degrees and natural drying is recommended. You can easily remove and wash the removable zippered covers.
